Stayed here for a few days in early June and while the weather was hot and very windy, the hotel was perfect! We took an upgrade and ended up with a lovely suite that had a balcony off the living area and bedroom with a great view of the water. We were in the Spa Tower on an end room.... More

The hotel is overpriced. The rooms are dirty, damp and they smell. Pools are dirty. Hot tubs are for children and are not hot. No available healthy foods that I could see. Some staff was helpful and others were not. They do not deliver on what they are selling!!! This is coming from an HHonors Member.

My husband and I just stayed at this hotel and it was lovely. We had a beautiful suite overlooking the pool and with a view of the beach and ocean. Have stayed here many times over the years and never been disappointed. The atmosphere around the pool is awesome and the beach access super easy & convenient! Service is superb and the staff professional ..... can't wait to stay again!

We've stayed here several times and if you have SMALL KIDS it is a great set up. Be sure to REQUEST a room w bunk beds. As you enter the room the kids have their own BUNK BEDS. The beach and pools were wonderful. This is a very family friendly resort. The bunk beds are a nice feature, which the kids enjoyed. Daily cleaning was not up to par for the Hilton name, for example, used coffee cups/drinking glasses were not replaced, as were the coffee filters/refills, so we continued to have to request these each day. I am not staying in the hotel, but just came for the day. I received free parking, free coffee, free internet and my kids are swimming and having a blast. I bought 2 ice creams for 9 bucks and a Bloody Mary for 8. We are having a great vacation day today for under 20 bucks! Great stay!

First class rooms right on the beach. Junior Suite is very spacious room. Food is great at the restaurants. Three pools. Great beach front hotel with exceptional service. Water is emerald clear and sugar white beaches
