The reception area and the rear of the hotel are well maintained, but the room and balcony we were given were slightly grubby and in need of refurbishment. There was no water shuttle as described in the info for this hotel. And the "private beach" was on the harbor NOT on the Gulf! No microwave in room. We stayed there during a weekend getaway. The hotel was very clean and the beds were really comfy! It is located right on Destin harbor within walking distance to many restaurants as well as Harbor Walk Village. We will be staying there again. More
