Golf course condos are older, but ours was nicely kept my the owner. Great to have a kitchen available to fix some of our own meals. 500 yards from a great beach. 3 bedroom lakeside condo was clean and comfortable. It was nice having 2 screened in porches to get fresh air witout having to fight mosquitous. The grounds signs need to be larger and more visiable espically on the lakeside condos. overall a good stay!

Condos are definitely dependent upon owner. The one we stayed at was not fancy and could stand some updates, however it was clean and well taken care of.
