First the good news: The White Orchid is situated beautifully on the Florida coast with a panoramic view of beach and surf. Quiet location! We had a wonderful time at the White Orchid, the spa was wonderful and the food was great every morning!!!! The pools were awesome, especially the heated mineral pool. Location was directly across the street from miles and miles of beach....wonderful location. Host and hostesses were very friendly and accommodating. Only stayed for one night totally wishing I could have stayed longer! I will return!! This was excatly what I was looking for. Intimate and peacful! We have never stayed at a B&B so were not sure exactly what to expect. You park on the side of the inn and there is a door marked Registration. You press the buzzer and the owner lets you in and gets you checked in. She explained everything to us, showed us the grounds and where everything was.
