We stayed in this hotel when returning from Key West. We planned to go to the Everglades the next day so staying in Homestead/Florida City was the best choice. Easy in and out--no halls, old-fashioned style--one floor motel--park and enter your room. Great price. Clean and well-maintained. Cons: continental breakfast at 7 am, wish it were earlier, and very tiny dining area. There is a laundry room, but it and equipment very worn out.

One of the better motel 8's I've stayed at, short of the ones that have been recently renovated. This property is showing its age, but has been otherwise maintained decently.
