The Hyatt Pier 66 in Ft. Lauderdale has a great location, near shopping, restaurants, piers for your yachts and Port Everglades, where many cruise ships sail from. We only stayed one night (pre-cruise) and felt the room decor was very tired. Amenities were lacking and we were disappointed in this hotel. We paid over $300.00 for the night - definitely... More

Me and my soundman were on a client's 42' boat shooting an executive profile. We pulled into Pier 66 and two employees were waiting for us to help dock the boat. Both of them were professional and courteous to a fault in addition to the red carpet treatment. Even though I was 'the help', we got the same treatment as... More

My wife and I were married at Pier 66 ten years ago, and we decided to come back to the "scene of the crime" for our anniversary. We originally booked into another favorite hotel of ours, Lago Mar. But we changed our plans out of a desire to revisit our honeymoon hotel, and were able to get our favorite room... More

We recently had a two night stay at the Hyatt Pier Sixty-Six checking in on January 20, 2012. We have stayed at this property numerous times and always enjoy our time here. The location is outstanding. Very easy access to the Ft. Lauderdale Water Taxi and very close to Port Everglades. Some rooms in the tower have awesome views of... More

Being a diamond member, I was able to eat breakfast for free which was spectacular was always. I was in a junior suite on the 15th floor and the view was amazing. The pelican landing restaurant was spectacular. Happy hour... More

My family and I recently flew from FLL and decided to stay in Fort Lauderdale in order to catch an early morning flight. I booked a room at the Hyatt Pier 66 through Expedia, although the hotel name was not listed at the time as it was a "Mystery 4* Hotel" purchase. When we were given the name of the... More

I was attending a family member's wedding at Pier Sixty-Six and made a reservation to stay also. I reserved on line and was given an option to "upgrade" the room if there was an upgrade available, for a nominal fee. I was able to get an upgrade which worked out very well. The room was huge, the view was outstanding... More
