“Relaxing, beautiful, clean and fun!”

We stayed at 15FTL for 4 nights for a spring break trip; in a word, it was incredible! The property is paradise; clean, comfortable and really beautiful. Walt was kind, helpful and a great host. We can't wait to visit again!

Do not be fooled by the past reviews! This is not the New Zealand House and it shared nothing in common with it except a location at the same address. Dreadful manager/owner. Is unable to deal with client concerns without becoming abusive and suggesting finding alternative accommodation. Not worth the rating- can provide further details for possible future guests if required, however, look elsewhere.

Madam, You called the office late at night yelling at the owner about internet connection. You were the one who started the conversation off at a bad start.
