We were very pleasantly surprised!! We travel a lot, and needed something quick and in short notice, and have never found a hotel this inexpensive before. This hotel was only $79 per night and is very close to the Ft. Lauderdale airport and beaches! The entire place has been renovated, the rooms, the pool area (heated pool), the restaurant (which... I was a little worried after reading the reviews about the trains but I only heard one or two and never late at night or early in the morning. Maybe this is because of where the room was located (facing the pool). I got there before check in so the front desk guy arranged for me to have a free... More

When I say train whistles I mean it. A freight trains comes by from late at night until early morning, then the commuter trains, all blowing whistles that can be heard as if they were in your room regardless of where the room is located. Some rooms are basically right on the rail tracks: with 40 forty yards. You won't... More

I stayed here for a few vacation days with my partners following a Miami business trip. Upon arrival the concierge was incredible. Eddie Vega was super accomodating (we were early), and even upgraded our room. I believe the first face you see sets the tone for your entire stay and so I am happy to report that Mr. Vega was... My Family and I stayed for one night because we were venturing off on a cruise the next day...however the continental breakfast is NOT the BEST stop at McDonald or Waffle House. My party stayed at this hotel as a prior to a wedding cruise night. It was booked by the bride, a total of about ten rooms. She picked this facility trying to maintain a reasonable cost for everyone. It was a bit out of the way for a trip to head from the airport to the port of Ft. Lauderdale,... More

On arrival we were told at reception that there was no reservation for us,when I told the receptionist we booked on line a week prior to arriving they said they never received any conformation of our stay. The receptionist ( Eddie) was very helpful about the situation and allowed us to have some free coffee in the bar whilst he... More

We were pleasantly surprised by our spacious room with living room and kitchen at $73, and spotless. The pool, two restaurants with delicious food, nightly entertainment, complimentary breakfast, beautifully landscaped courtyard with tables and chairs tucked throughout for privacy were well planned. The hotel's 8 million in renovations are evident. Add to this the friendly, efficient staff and you can... More

I was looking for a cheap clean place to stay after I got off my ship. I used hotwire to book a room and car. My total came out to $73 for a One day rental Economy Car with Dollar and one Sunday night stay at this hotel. I was supposed to get a King bed, but they gave me... More

This place is disgusting. I don't know why my friends decided that we should all stay here - but it is a nasty dump in the middle of nowhere. Geographically, completely undesirable, not close to ANYTHING nice in FLL. A friend who lives here said..."oh my god, you're staying *there*? That's where all the crackheads live." The first room I... More
