On the day we arrived, there was a beautiful wedding taking place out by the pool and then into the ballroom. The staff appeared to be very accommodating to the entire party. The beds and pillows were like clouds. In our pre-cruise party of about 35, everyone loved the beds and cleanliness of the hotel. Will consider staying there again....

Booked and organized through Starwood Preferred Guest program.
Sheets on bed appeared to be stained and dirty. Very average hotel for a Starwood alliance member. Food was average at best and expensive, staff did as little as possible to get by. Would definitely reccomend going elsewhere. Value for money incredibly poor for what you get.

On the weekends this is one of the better values in Ft Laud. The rooms are a bit tired, but clean and you get the great westin beds and showers, usually for a very good rate on the weekend. During the week, its a business hotel.
