We really enjoy staying at the Lighthouse.Have stayed there several times. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Couple of times we did not rent a car. Plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance.Rooms could use some updating but were clean and sufficient.Pools have alittle too much shade.Trees could be trimmed back to allow more sun. The resort has many great features - two nice pools and a great tiki bar. But the room we had was terrible. It was way too small for the two double beds in it. The Light house resort on Fort Myers Beach is a perfect location that is close to everything. The resort is across the street from the beach but has the feel of a Caribiean resort.
