The room was clean and the staff at the desk and the cleaning staff were very courteous. It is within walking distance of UF, Shands, the VA hospital and several stores and restaurants. However, they did not have a business center where I could confirm and print my return flight.

Outside didn't look too good. Looked old and ghetto. Inside the hotel was very clean. Beds were very comfortable.

This room was very gross - the shower faucet constantly dripped, the sheets were very rough and old feeling and the carpet was dirty. My husband and I aren't very picky but even he agreed the room was below par.

Dank, musty smell. Phone inoperable. Light inoperable. Drain not functioning properly. Complimentary "breakfast" had to be complimentary...no one would conceivably pay for this crap. Found out later that we were placed in the "noisy" building; where college students typically rent. Booming "hood" music from the parking lot at 12:30 am...couldn't call management because the phone didn't work. Doors constantly slamming.... More

This hotel is in need of serious updates. The rooms were dingy, smelled like mildew, and mold was growing on the bathroom ceilings.
