We were in unit 107. 3 bedroom 2 full bath full kitchen/dining room. In unit washer/dryer. The kids were tickled there was wifi. Apt was very clean. Well furnished and supplied. Good parking. Stayed in 101 with friends, Clean Spacious,decent view of both the beach and inter coastal waterway depending on which end you were at. Look for the Osprey on the light post in the parking lot morning and evening. Great Beach for walking and shelling, Pool and Hot tub were great. Always hit and miss booking sight unseen so I was a little worried booking a condo for our family Christmas visit. The building is showing it's age, but the apartment was excellent. Stayed in 111 and it was spacious, clean, and modern. The staff were very friendly and eager to help. The pool and hot tub were clean, lots of chairs around, and a beautiful beach. It's a quiet area and just a few minutes walk from the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary.

This condo was nasty. The owner left her personal clothes in the washer and dryer. Dirty dishes were left in the dishwasher. Personal clothes were in the drawers. The owner could benefit from hiring a cleaning agency. Don't rent this one unles you like filth. We were totally disgusted. The owner doesn't take credit card. Cash or check up front.... More

The Sand Dollar condo has always been a great place to stay. Unit 307 had flat screens in every room, newer looking kitchen with granite tops, large bath rooms, and a washer and dryer, The staff is on site and absolutely friendly.
