“Quiet hotel with nice rooms”

I stayed here for a weekend getaway trip. The hotel itself is very nice with a poolside bar and free parking. The bad is that it is located several miles from the main shopping areas and Mallory Square. Parking in Key West is next to impossible which is why everyone takes bikes and scooters. “Nice property but not close to downtown”

Had a pool side room. Nice. Clean. Quiet. Good Internet. Location a bit far from downtown but perfect for my purpose (cycling). View of ocean is great. Good but basic breakfast. Nothing fancy but satisfying. Ordered dinner by pool which was a little inconvenient (no restaurant) but the food was good.

“Room with a oceanview”

I did not expect such a beautiful view from my room, the sunsets and sunrises over the water. The beautiful tropical flowers planted all around. Great large room, king bed. Very nice hotel in Key West .Good situation .5 to 7 minutes to downtown .Free Parking .Large rooms . Nice and clean rooms .Nice swimming pool with a Tiki Bar .Free towels . Free breakfast but the room is too small . Possiblity of boarding a trolley tour in front of the Lobby . Friendly staff

Stopped in at 10 am. Room not ready until 3 pm. No problem. Left bags at front desk. How about bicycles? The front desk folks called the bicycle guy; 3 bicycles arrived in 15 minutes. “Greatest Key West secret!”

My husband and I have been coming to the Key Ambassador as often as we can for the past 20 yrs. It never disappoints! Friendly staff, beautiful pool and views, recently renovated rooms, great cheekie hut. For under $200 a night, it is a steal in Key West.

Had a hard time finding a quality motel in Key West for under $200. Found this gem for $197 with our Senior/AAA/AARP discount.
