We booked this B&B based on Tripadvisor reviews and were not disappointed. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, away from the tourists of Duval St. However, all the tourist attractions are a short (10-15 minute) walk or an even quicker bike ride. The property manager Derek was the most hospitable host to our first time in key west. He eagarly and patiently gave us the lay-of-the-land including food and day trips. The place was simple, cute and impeccably clean... perfect for what we wanted. Great place. more

Derek was there to help us check in and provide great restaurant info. We particularly ejoyed the Tinkinis at the Hot Tin Roof. Great dinner and place to watch the sunset. Saw a show at Aqua. We 'found' the Grand to be the perfect place to stay! It is well located, with easy access to rental bikes and all of the latest recommendations for restaurants, side trips, etc. thanks to Derek- a very gracious concierge/manager. The Grand is utterly charming with a decked area lush with gorgeous plants. Derek, the manager, is beyond cordial.
