Great staff! Great customer service! Great location "away from all the crowds", nice place to unwind after a busy day on Duvall St.. Ocean across the street for a nice walk or bike ride and no crowds. The shuttle service is a bonus! If one is full another is right behind it. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Key West!!!!

This hotel was without doubt one of the cleanest I have ever stayed in apart from getting stuck in a lump of chewing gum at the breakfast table which was obviously dropped by a child. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The pool, hot tub and bar area is very tropical. The bartenders were very helpful and friendly. The waiters were overstretched and not as friendly.
