Awful. Unpleasant smell when we got in the room, tv doesn't have the channels they advertise, no closets, ridiculous little ice trays in a overly iced up freezer, and we found little black bugs in the bed. They didn't even have the courtesy to call back when I called to let them know about it. Very unsatisfactory. More
