We stayed at Duval House the first week of April 2013 and were very pleased with our stay. The rooms and facilities are clean and well maintained. Property is convenient to all attractions and places of interest in “old town”. We plan to stay at Duval House again.

Poor Maintence. Almost no shower pressure. Toilet seat broken. , needs paint. No space to hang clothes not even a clothes rack.
