This past week was definitely a wet one, rain and the humidity. You mentioned in your review that your room door was ajar from the housekeeper. This was our 20+ trip to Key West and our first stay at the Pilot House. Virginia was amazing at helping make our stay wonderful despite airline travel issues getting there. Our room was perfect...balcony, kitchen, nice bathroom and the location is great. Highly recommend this hotel and I hope to go back soon!
