Great place. Loved all the space in the room, and loved the screened patio with the lounge chairs and hammock right outside. Breakfast was a nice touch, even being able to eat outside. Swimming options of the Atlantic, a salt water AND a fresh water pool were appreciated. The unique sign on the road made the Islander easy to spot.

This place is great except for the poolside bar, the blonde bartender with too much lipstick can't seem to make a Miller light correctly, one Would expect the bartender to be able to make a madras, not so. Probably the worst bartender I've ever come across and I've come across many.
