OK, some of the rooms are a little retro but that is in keeping with much of the keys. They are clean and well furbished with everything you need. The facilities (dock, pool, hot tub, etc are kept in immaculate shape) and the staff was available and very accommodating. We would go back.

The rules ( and expectations ) are different in the Keys and if you go into your stay at LaSiesta with that in mind you won't be disappointed.
