My wife and I stayed February 2012 for a week. Going back for the entire month of January 2014 with a premium waterfront site. This park is small, meticulous, quiet and the views of the gulf are fantastic. A bit pricey but comparable to other parks in the keys during peak season. “Great place to park”

Enjoyed my stay. I rented a space for a week.. Nice area, friendly, pet friendly too. Located on the gulf side.. Next to dolphin research center. Quiet place but not far from marathon where civilization lies.

“Great RV resort, don't tell anyone else!”

Right on the Gulf Side of Grassy Key. A well sheltered marina is available for your boat. Great NW view of the water with waterfront lots? Reserve a year in advance if you want to stay in the winter. Very quiet with friendly folks.

The entire park is rocks. You drive on rocks and you are camped on rocks. I twisted my ankle the first day. Decided it best to wear my river water shoes, which didn't help much because the rocks shift when you step down.
