I did a lot of research to find a low cost hotel that was close to Disney World and clean. This hotel had the basic amenities (even a couch and an extra kitchen sink/counter top area and fridge). We stayed here for 5 days before moving to a Disney Resort. We have stayed here before and enjoyed so that is why we returned. I was a bit concerned at reaking negative reviews but it was great. Stayed here for a few days and it was terrible. Little black bugs EVERYWHERE. They refused to switch my room and have yet to refund my deposit which the sign they have on the desk says they do in 12 hours. There's plenty of other quality establishments around don't roll the dice on this dump.
