This hotel has made a HUGE turnaround with the new management!! It is clean and affordable!! The hotel staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and know how to take care of their guests. The grab and go breakfast has had a upgrade and is great for on the go in busy mornings! I will not hesitate to continue my stay here!

Travel a lot for work and when I am in Lake Mary I always stay here. The facilities are clean and the staff is very nice and helpful. Rooms feel like home with a warm sense of being. Will not hesitate to stay here in future. Thanks again to management and staff for all your kindness.

There were cigarette burns around the bathroom sink , on the kitchenette counter... it stunk of cigarettes---nasty 2 beat up office chairs were placed around the kitchen counter as dining chairs.
