Our room was a great size with a big comfy bed and all... More

The carefully thought out... More

It's small yet lovely cottage in a perfect location for the town. Inside is cozy and inviting, and reassuringly familiar. Linda (the owner) is so nice, very helpful and the perfect host. Stay here for a quiet and relaxing stay in a quaint English country village. Top marks.

The cottage was warm and cosy just as I expected and the hearty breakfast was just what I needed after a restful night sleep. I really appreciated the owner's knowledge of the local area and her hospitality during... More

I was working locally and have stayed here before, it is well placed for the Riviera as well as lots of other places, the Estuary, Dartmoor, etc without the hectic pace of Torquay. Lovely old cottage opposite a great pub, the owner makes you feel special with lots of little treats and the attention to detail is worthy of some... More

Underhill Cottage is a great place to stay when visiting this lovely part of Devon. The cottage is charming, and I was made to feel very welcome by the owner. The service was excellent, with great little extra touches such as home made preserves with breakfast. My room was large, very clean and had an extremely comfortable double bed (I... More
