For a recent trip to Miami, I made a reservation at the InterContinental Miami Hotel. When we arrived at the front desk, it was apparent that there was a problem with our reservation. The front desk receptionists, Claudia, left the area for a minute and when she returned, she resolved the problem much to our satisfaction.
