The Royal gets a huge "A" for effort. The owners have turned a dump into a very nice hostel-like property. What you get is a private room and bathroom that is clean and comfortable. I stay in a weekend and was a great stay. The one bed room was nice and good for the price. The service was good and the room always was clean. I stayed im the 3rd floor and was a little noisy because there is a Club in the first floor . Clean, fresh and good service for the price.
