This was once our favorite place in Naples. Now they advertise a resturant that is not there. They charge you for the stall bagels that some mornings you have to heat up yourself. The lovely lanai suite with two entrances was convenient and super clean. Since it was off season the hotel was a private villa. It is convenient to shopping and dining on both 5th ave and 3rd ave. A short walk to. the beach too. The staff is helpful and gracious. However, there is no restaurant ..tons close by...or bar service.... More

The location was excellent but that was it. The website apparently had a fine print note about a 13.5% charge per night for a resort fee. It would have been nice to have been told this at some point prior to checkout. With that additional charge we could have just stayed at an actual resort with ammenities worth the money.... More
