Such a friendly place. Ed and Mark who work there, and all our 'neighbors' who stayed there, made this one of the friendliest places I've stayed at. Feel so at home. Loved morning walk to beach pier,evening bike rides and even going through million dollar houses for sale in neighbiring blocks. Hope to go back.

I noticed one of the reviews said the WiFi was not working. I was there in March and the WiFi was updated and everyone was able to get good signal both inside units and outside on grounds. It was true the WiFi was not very good in 2009, but it is up to standards as of now.

The beaches are beautiful and we made sure to get a lot of time on the beach daily. When we weren't on the beach we were in the pool which was lovely as well.
