this was one of the worst hotels. my key wouldn't work for fitness room. had to call staff to get in. then there were cockroaches in the fitness room. very dirty. the bathroom in our room wasnt cleaned in who knows how long. there was urine on the toilet. i would NEVER come back. nasty. This place is disgusting! We arrived around 7 p.m. The parking lot and courtyard were very dimly lit, the room smelled awful, there were spiders and spider webs behind the bed (and all over the room) and the air conditioner wouldn't stay on. We demanded our money back about an hour after arrival and stayed the the Hampton Inn Ocala.

Only a small portion of the rooms are open and the parking lot was empty. This should have been the first clue to the "quality" of the rooms.
