We were celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary and the staff made our stay exceptional, from providing free champagne toast cocktails to upgrading our room. The staff is excellent and the rooms are extremely comfortable. We love staying at this resort!

Thsi was by far one of the most relaxing resorts that we have ever stayed in. Our casita had a pool right ouside our door. There is a lake with casitas surrounding it. I think this place was great. It is big but you do a lot of walking at Disney anyway. The pool was great. Food prices are reasonable...Disney doesn't hike up the prices. I wouldn't go to the Mayan Grill though. The food is not worth the cost and the service is not great.

Stayed for four nights during spring break. We stayed in cabanas 9B business class. The location was close to the Registration/Lobby/gift shop/food. About a 4 minute walk.
