All in all, the hotel was in a good location, clean, a decent value and satisfactory. We paid EXTRA for our room to have a pull out couch. That pull out was awful.. Very clean amenities, friendly staff; they let us in at 11:30 am as soon as we arrived. We had few requests, it was addressed immediately.
