I don't often travel for business, but I was surprised by the quality of the hotel, and the restaurant. I did not rent a vehicle (which I might consider next time) but the staff was very helpful, including but not limited to the driver who took me to the store free of charge.

This was a perfect overnight stay. We flew into Orlando, called the hotel for a shuttle and were promptly picked up. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are huge! Very clean overall. The restaurant is delicious and the complimentary breakfast was awesome. Would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Maid never put water in my room, the creamer left for coffee was sour and an empty was left on the second day. desk staff was helpful with faxes and I had to ask for paper for the business center as none was in the printer.

Below average hotel, not clean, not friendly. Pool and amenities were terrible. Very run down, old and tired. Would never stay there again. Too many options at same or better price. Breakfast was good quality and the happy hour was fine. We stay at many Embassies across the country and this one was not up to par.
