We have been at several La Quinta (Arizona, South Florida, and recently, this one at Consulate Drive). Filthy carpets; Front desk attendants needing help with their grooming abilities; Maids did a decent job, but not the best. Noisy (loud) employees all around. The rooms were okay. The toilet had a ring from not being cleaned in a while. The bed was comfy and the air was good. I loved the free internet service. I did not make it to breakfast.
