From the outside the hotel looks kind of outdated but the inside is very nice. It's been remodeled to a modern look which I liked. The rooms were very clean and spacious. “Big city, lousy location”

The hotel staff at the desk and the valets were all very respectful and helpful. I did not like having to pay $18 per day for parking. I did not care for the bathroom sink area in the middle of the night. Also need another grab bar in tub.

we had an excellent stay and experience at the crowne plaza. the staff was wonderful, especially AUSTIN. he was very good to us. everyone made us feel welcome. we will be back for sure. we would highly recommend this hotel. the food was very good as well.

Very pleased over all. Very nice and clean. Staff very helpful. Hotel bar and lounge is great. Close to downtown and they offer a free shuttle anywhere downtown . Would def stay again .pool area is beautiful and clean with water spouts following into pool. Very nice out door patio beside pool with a nice flat screen tv outside .

They have done allot to remodel this hotel...it is very easy to get to. Staff is great...love the beds and nice size rooms. Fun places to eat down town, hotel food just soso......nice new pool and very friendly staff....ice machine in wierd place....van service SUPER!!! Always stay here for downtown events...great deal!
