“Security Issue”

We stayed five days at this RV park in Ormond Beach in May. We were surprised at the lack of security at the location. We were awakened twice in the middle of the night by an individual in a "handicapped scooter" sitting within 10 feet of our RV. The gentleman smoked cigarettes and watched the ocean.
