The condos are very large, but badly need updating. The furniture was uncomfortable, the kitchen was very poorly equipped (one dish towel, come on!), and the in-unit dryer did not work at all. Palm Cost itself is a dead place, there is nothing to do, and it's a drive to the beach. However, there are good walking/running trails and it's nice and flat, so if you are a runner that is good. Very charming resort in a beautiful part of Florida. 2 Bedroom Condos were spacious, full kitchen with all dishware, pots, pans everything included! We liked the layout of the accommodations we were only two adults but the 2 bedroom we could really spread our very clean rooms! The front desk staff was very helpful! Just wish they would consider a small pet ! Very comfortable beds! Big garden tub! It is older but seems kept up!

We spent 2 nights here on an rci exchange and found the property adequate to our needs. The rooms are huge and all have a washer-dryer fridge microwave and even jacuzzi bath.
