“not up to a resort standard”

We have been coming to Bay Pointe since the mid 80's and have stayed probably 15-18 times. My reservation was with a large group and was so noted on the confirmation but they made it for the wrong dates. They then wanted to put us in one of the villas - way out - and move us the next day.... More
