“Older Condos But Well Maintained”

This is a large condominium complex that offers owners a centralized rental service. It operates a lot like a hotel, but the units are individually owned and therefore, vary greatly in their decor. If possible, you should request a specific unit, assuming you know what it looks like. Some owners have their units listed on various web sites with pictures.... More

“Christmas stay at Edgewater Beach Resort”

We visited Edgewater over Christmas. We stayed in a 2 bedroom condo in tower 3. The condo was very nice. The resort is beautiful. Staff was courteous, friendly, and helpful. The whole time there was a great experience. More

We have stayed here for many years and we always like going back. It is like going back home! There are other newer complexes in PCB but this one is very unique. It has alot of acres to walk, not just a tower on the beach. It has 5 nice shorter towers on the beach alont with a nice group... More

“Old but probably a decent value”

Stayed for a business conference and had to check out a day early. They charged me anyways. NOT A GOOD BUSINESS HOTES. Villas were roomy and well furnished but smelled like a 30 year old hotel. Not terrible just that old smell More

Cleaner than last years condo except for the hair on the bed and mediocre vacuum job. With a toddler I always check the floors and found a bobby pin, penny and what may have been teddy grahams at one time. The beds just had a sheet on them and one of the blankets in the closet had a burn hole... More

“Hot tub Issues”

Stayed from 9-15 9-16. Room was terrible, outdated, dishes were dirty, no dead bolt on door. We stayed in room L102. The real issue was the hot tub located by Tower II. Went in 10:00 p.m. on 9-15, was super chlorinated was in w/5 nice girls from Louisville,KY. when after about 10 min our legs started "tingling" so all just... More
