We stayed in room 208. Gross. I rented from pcbeach rentals (office across from watercrest). We arrived late and our condo door was left open, key on the sticky dirty countertop. I will never stay at watercrest again...This place is not for people on a vacation to have fun... There was no one there to check us in u have to call and go threw a lot just to get ur key..Not enough rags or towles. I have never been to a place were u have to pay for a decal(17$)for... More

Staff was no help, dryer would not work,dirty furniture ,kitchen, after reminding about the dryer, no response or even a phone call, There was no daily maid service as they advertise. Could be a nice place to stay if the right management was there and update and clean!

For a condo (unit 208) advertised to sleep eight people they would only provide towels for 6 (we had 7 people in our family staying there).
