For anyone visiting St Augustine, the Old Powder House in a great location to see the sites of the town and make use of the various tourist related services. We were hit with one or two too many rules on arrival and the manager made it very clear that "she" was in charge. I think that was unfortunate and unnecessary.... More

My husband and I decided to go on a romantic getaway at the last minute. There were so many B&B options to choose from. I'm grateful that we ended up here. Katie and Kal were great! They were warm, friendly and welcoming. The B&B overall is beautiful. We stayed in the Queen Ann's Lace Room. It was very comfortable, cozy... More

Stayed for our Honeymoon during busy Veteran's Day Weekend (Miranda Room). Beautiful place to stay. Comfortable bed, clean room, wonderful breakfasts. Katie was a great host and wouldn't let us leave without a hug goodbye!! Katie also was able to get us reservations to the best restaurant for our special night out!! Great personal touch. The location is also perfect.... More

Beautiful, clean, charming, well located. Katie and Kal take excellent care of their guests, from the accomodations to the lovely and delicious homemade gourmet breakfast. Very good value. Try the Floridian restaurant across the street - excellent. More

Great location, easy walking distance to historic areas of St Augustine and many delicious restaurants. Charming and comfortable rooms. We loved the upper porch and the lemonade and cookies. The breakfasts were delicious and filling. More

He made the reservation without my knowledge as an anniversary surprise. We were celebrating our 3rd anniversary together and wanted to make it special with a trip to our fave locale, St. Augustine. It was to be a surprise where we were staying and I had no idea until we actually got there. It was beautiful! The room we stayed... More

The inn is lovely, centrally located, and very clean. The breakfast was very delicious as many others have described. A lack of special little touches disappointed us. We arrived early and they were not quite ready for us, which was understandable. However, there was no offer to fresh up after our long flight in or leave our luggage. Upon check... More

Katie & Kal were excellent hosts and owners. We really felt the love. We would recommend this B&B to anyone. My wife actually shed tears when we arrived since it was a somewhat surprise to her. She is a Victorian Queen from another time & place and felt immediate joy at this location. The breakfast was excellent and all our... More

We stayed in the Serenity room at the Old Powder House Inn. We absolutely loved it. It's located on a quiet street in the middle of the Historic District. The innkeepers Katie & Kal were wonderful and very thoughtful. The breakfast was delicious. This wasn't a commercialized B&B. They live in a house on the same property behind the inn.... More
