Remember this review is for unit 219 only. Each unit is individually owned and I'm sure they vary greatly. The views from this unit are outstanding. You can see the ocean clearly from the kitchen, the living room and the master bedroom. Enough can not be said about the views. They are what you are paying for with this rental....

Stayed at the Spanish Trace for July 4th weekend! it was great views of the Ocean and looking over the pool! Obvisouly when staying at any locations where the condos are individually owned you do have some condos that are more updated than others, ours was recently updated especially the kitchen and it was a great experience!!
