We went to St Augustine for the weekend to see a show at the amphitheatre. This place has a nice pool, clean rooms, friendly staff, plenty of parking, its an older property, not enough outlets in the room, but okay. Does have wifi. the free breakfast is okay if you're not a big eater, coffe could be better.

I've stayed here twice, and don't think it's near as bad as people are saying. The location is very good, very close to historic district. Front desk staff is always ALWAYS very nice and accomodating, has good information. Rooms are not sparkling clean, no, but they weren't really dirty either. This was not what I had expected. The room smelled musty and there was dust accumulated on the floors and walls. The toilet seat was dirty even though there was a "sani-shield' on top of it. It's not fancy - a standard 2-storey motor inn built in the 60's- but it's clean, comfortable and affordable. Recommended.
