No rug, king size bed, clean, basic, no breakfast. It was very affordable on a Saturday night. Great, smart TV. You can watch your favorites from any of your apps or just your favorite cable channels. Room had a refrigerator and a microwave. Cracker Barrel and outlets close by.

Checked in, and we were asked for our driver's licenses which were photocopied. I've traveled many places...first time for that. Manager said it's b/c they get so many chargebacks (red flag #1). Previous guests in the parking lot looked like they were on drugs and sketchy (red flag #2). Arrived in the room to a complete HORROR SHOW. Hair. EVERYWHERE. On the pillows, sheets, IN THE REFRIGERATOR, all over the bathroom. Brown mud...coffee...poop...not sure which...splattered on the side of the bed. Black mold all over the floorboards in the bathroom. An old dirty bag from previous guest laying behind the toilet. I needed to be disinfected just from walking in there. DISGUSTING. The "head" housekeeper came over with the manager and argued that she 'had just cleaned the room.' Literally, argued asking what was dirty. I pointed..there, there, there, THERE and so on. If that's what she calls 'cleaning,' I'd hate to see it before it was cleaned. I was seriously disturbed. I don't know how anyone could recommend this place. RUN.

We have stayed here twice now and yes it is very old and outdated but it is clean and affordable. The location is amazing, you can walk to the main attractions and restaurants from here. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Motel was old but clean and centrally located across from St Augustine fort, walking distance to everything. Motel staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Motel prices were very reasonable for the center of everything.

Checked in, Dropped off Bags and went to Saint Augustine for Dinner. Came back to room and pull down the Sheets and a Spider ran across the pillow, Then looked down to the Bottom and Dead Bugs were in the Sheets. Room was Filthy , Dirty Sticky Carpets, Stained Smelly Sheets, Spider webs in Corners, Bathroom was Disgusting, Hasn't been cleaned in a while. After Seeing room Went to Office and Didn't unpack , Asked for a Refund because I Wasn't going to allow my Family to stay in a Unsafe, Filthy, Place. At the Office they Refused to give Refund. So I called the Police as They Laughted at Me. Very Rude and Unprofessional Staff. I don't see How Anyone would Rate this Place with More than a 1 Star , Unless they were Relatives or Friends or the Owners. They Have a 10 Minute Refund Policy. Police Arrived and Said They Have Alot of Complaints Here. And this Area is Noted for High Crime, I said I just want this Compliant to be Filed so other Unknowing Potential Customers to Stay in this Unsafe Environment. I will attempt to Contact the Corporate Office of my Findings

Filthy room , stained sheets , nasty sticky carpet . There was a very sharp pointy spring sticking out of the mattress, which we initially thought may have been a hypodermic needle under the sheet it was so sharp , looks like most rooms are rented to weekly renters very rough looking crowd , we left as soon as we found something else with in two hours of checking in , brought manger to the room to show him the mattress , but was still charged for the room

New owner from my last visit. My daughter and I stayed one night as tourists. The hotel was very inexpensive and really clean. Great location too Old Town. The Rain Tree restaurant is just a few steps away, as well as many other restaurants. This isn't a 5-star resort, but if you want a cheap, clean place to sleep, you cannot go wrong with this hotel. I'll definitely stay here again.

We arrived late In St. Augustine on a road trip down the East Coast of Florida. We rented a cheap rate room. I should have run when I walked in and it was about 125 degrees. The air conditioner was off. The panel to the controls were missing. I was sure the a/c would cool it off and hopefully displace the smell of intense heat and old furniture. I had to use the fridge to help out, leaving the door open. The carpet should have been replaced in the 1950's. It looked okay, but room gave the impression that it was seedy and unclean. We left, went to eat and returned three hours later to a room in the low nineties. It was seriously hot outside. The breeze made it feel like it was cooler than the room. We found a large, but thankfully dead bug in the bathroom floor. The shower was old, and the walls were cracked. Everywhere around it appeared that any maintenance issues were fixed with a coat of thick paint. The wifi would not work. There is no pool. Early the next morning, I was awakened by a rooster crowing. I asked the middle eastern man where the rooster came from, and he could not answer me in clear enough English to give me the story. It was a room we should have run from. Fast.

This was the worst most dirtiest place I have ever seen. The towels were grey instead of white the floor was dirty. The A.C filters have never been changed it smelled like cigarettes. The sheets and pillows were smelly. By far the worst I will never recommend this place to anyone, it should be demolished. The office smelled horrible and the guy at the office was super rude. Loved ST. Augustin and I cannot believe that they have this place in the town. Nasty 😝😨

Terrible night. The motor-fan in the air conditioner/heater unit wasn't balanced properly or something else was wrong with it because there was a heavy resonant vibration coming from it. You could feel it through the bed, floor, and you could see it the vibrations as rings in a glass of water. I was hoping to use the air conditioner as a sound barrier but I had to turn it off. I still felt the vibration from the next door room. I maybe got three hours of sleep. The room wasn't that clean as well.
