We went for a girls trip April 10-15, 2013 and stayed at BeachPoint Resort in Unit 7. We loved everything about it!! The owner Mike was great and there for us whenever we needed questions answered. The location was PRIME and the unit had everything you could possibly need. The beds were extremely comfortable, the closets were HUGE (just what... More

My cousin and I spent 2 days here in late March. The place is charming! The owner, Mike, is a little rough around the edges but you have to understand his dry sense of humor. We had no problems with him at all! He was very accomodating and had a great sense of humor. The location is second to none.... More

We stayed April 1st to 5th in unit 7. It's a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit. It has everything that you would need in an apartment at the beach! Clean, and very comfy. The owner, Mike, made sure we knew where the sand chairs, umbrellas, noodles, buckets etc. were, and now even has carts to take everything you need down to... More

This place is a jewel. Colorfully, clean and charming. We have stayed and worked here for Spring Break and summer campaigns. Its funky shabby sheek, the staff is accommodating and beach is the most beautiful in the world. Great for groups.

The best thing about this property is its proximity to the prettiest part of Siesta Key beach and to the village. The property itself isn't "rustic" or "old Florida" - it's a total dump with many health and safety violations. The place itself wasn't clean and the dishes had to be re-washed because they were so dirty. There were roaches... More

We found Beachpoint while traveling the gulf coast with no definite place to stay. This place captures what you want from a beach community. The rooms are clean and comfortable with everything you would need for a couple night stay.. The grounds are an eclectic mix of "funk" art. But, the #1 reason to stay is the proximity to the... More

Having grown up on Siesta Key I rarely find somewhere that captures the magic of everything that Siesta Key used to be; Beachpoint Resort captures that beauty. The place is cool, with old beach art, colorful buildings and a wonderful dog named Boy. Mike the owner was professional and courteous and even let me shoot a stand up for my... More

The setting is great. Siesta Keys ... wow, great. The one thing that spoiled this property was the owner, Mike. He must be one of the rudest people I have ever met! We stayed three nights at a $100 a pop. He refused to replace towels! He was extremely rude to a member of our party when the person inquired... More
