We rented two rooms on a trip to Orlando. The rooms were clean and the desk help was nice. The hotel had your basic continental breakfast - bagels, muffins, juice, etc.. Nothing special, but good and free. We would stay here again. Our only complaint was that there was a shortage of parking.

Not a place I enjoyed at all! My bed had a lumpy comforter that was also wet on inspection. Door didn't close completely unless you slammed it,and door frame was dirty. Excellent value, great staff, clean cheerful rooms with confortable mattresses. Fine breakfast, what more could one want?

I posted this review on Priceline because that is how I booked the room rate. Ordinarily I check TripAdvisor and at least three other sites before I book a room. Must be economically conscious.
