We just returned today, 2/6/2010....What a nice hotel - we were on the 6th floor with a gulf view. Staff is friendly and helpful, and the location is good. Room was very clean. I am writing this review a lot later than I intended too but I wanted to make sure that I recommend this wonderful hotel to anyone who is considering a stay on the Gulf Side. Weather was on the cold side so no swimming in the pool, but the location and amenities are excellent. We spent a week at this hotel at the end of November. Great location, clean and well featured rooms, great view from the balcony, what else can I say. It was everything we wanted for a beach break. We're certainly looking to go back this year. more

comfortable, friendly, spotless hotel. Recently stayed for 6 nights and I need to comment how the staff is so attentive from the housekeepers, front desk staff , steve, and Kim and the general manager Jeramy.. Would consider this one of the nicest stays in this area. Recommend highly more

Hotel is quite convenient to the beach and offers some decent amenities… I had read as a Marriott Elite Rewards guest there is no acknowledgment/benefits. Very true – other then giving you the option for points or a market item, this property couldn’t care less about loyalty…no upgrades. If you are a leisure traveler w kids, I recommend staying here.... more
Great location. Friendly staff. Breakfast was great every morning, and not to crowded, but we are early risers...so I guess if you wait until the last minute it will busy, but it didn't seem so.
