Located on the Gulf of Mexico. Great for beach walks. Units are converted motel units with efficiency kitchens. They were very clean with the exception of the elevator. The elevator floor needs to be replaced asap. When you first check into a place first impressions are everything. Spent a very pleasant week here.

PBC is a good value. It's location is good as it is right on the Gulf and near restaurants, nightlife, grocery stores, and other tourist traps. The beach is beautiful and long. Excellent location. For the price, there's really nothing more to expect. You are directly on the beach. Very long walk to get there, but nice beach, though. I have been going to the Penthouse Beach Club for the last three years. My friends and i always have a great time. The location is fantastic. The pool and beach are really really nice. The grocery store,restaurants,Pubs and shopping are within walking distance. And John's Path is just about a mile down. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Unit was small but cozy, staff was friendly and helpful, old building but well maintained, ten feet from beach, walking distance to restaurants & market, views of bay & gulf of Mexico from balcony, spent a pleasant week.
