Thermostat did not work - changed rooms at 3AM first night - smoke detector went of at 3AM second night - if you like sleeping on plywood then you will love the mattresess - Overpriced for substandard quality

My friend had to stay at this hotel for 5 nights. She was pleasantly surprised when they upgraded her room. The receptionist and stuff was very professional and nice. Very clean hotel and room. Great location if you are on business.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The lobby and my room were both extremely clean. My bed was old and made noises, and there was very poor water pressure. I have stayed at much worse hotels before, this experience will NOT keep me from staying at Hampton Inns in the future

The area where is it located tells about the quality. Incredible pool, staff, and great presentation. While you're there be sure to try their complimentary coffee, my favorite was the regular with French Vanilla creme

I always stay at this hotel when I am in Palm Beach. I am down once a month all year and love this place for the location. Easy to get anywhere from. The staff is AWESOME! Always go above and beyond. The rooms are nice and always clean.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly and courteous. My mattress was a little hard for my taste but I like that they offer you three pillows. The complimentary cookies they serve at 7:00pm were a nice touch.

I found this Hampton Inn to be like most of them we stayed at along the East Coast. Clean, comfortable, good breakfast (free), 98% of visitors are self pay, business/tourist. The breakfast in Hampton Inns is pretty much the same. Variety is excellent and do-it-yourself.

stopped there on the way to port Canaveral for one night. Rooms are big and staff very helpful. Even offered to connect me to a pizza place so the call won't be charged on the room. Didn't have time to enjoy the mini golf and pool. Next time for sure.
