Hotel staff very firendly and accommodating. Pool, needed to be a little cleaner (lots of leaves); rooms are nice but I prefer my pillows much harder than the ones that are provided. Hotel is close to restaurants and entertainment via the free hotel shuttle.

After two phone calls, it took 30+ minutes to be picked up at the airport, which is almost a mile away. A traffic agent at the airport said she'd heard this hotel had some issues in this regard. Hotel shuttle is also shared with the Hampton Inn next door.

Great value over all. Clean, spacious rooms. It served our purposes, as we are a large family only there for one night for Sunfest. We have a large family and would've preferred if there had been continental breakfast included (breakfast was $10.95)- many other restaurants in the area offer included continental breakfast. Otherwise, would definitely recommend.

Beautiful hotel, excellent staff. The Staff was very friendly and accommodating. There is WIFI in the lobby that works great. The hotel is very modern and is very relaxing. I will definitely be back with my girlfriends to hang out at the pool. Great Pool!

We stayed at a number of Hilton Garden Inns and generally was quite satisfied. However I would rate this Hilton on the poor quality rating. Our main complaint was the restaurant layout and limited menue. I would rate the food as fair in quality.

Excellent lodging for anyone visiting Palm Beach / West Palm Beach area - clean, quiet, convenient and friendly staff. Relax and enjoy! This hotel is somewhat difficult to find so, use your GPS and be patient because there is no direct access to the hotel from a main road - go through the Hampton Inn's parking lot.

Very easy check in, got upgraded to a bigger room. Very helpful staff that provided recommendations to City Place which is a 5 minute drive. Modern entrance, spacious updated room. Would definitely stay here again.

Careful, there are two Hilton Hotels near the Airport, be sure to give the exact adress to the cab driver. Both are close to the airport (less than 10mn). The rooms are fine, the bed is very good.
