I arrived after a bumpy night stay at a sister hotel. The front desk person, Margaret, took care of me a - z. Will definitely stay here again. Clean rooms, plenty of covers - I can't say enough nice things about Margaret. No problems at all. Nice, clean and safe hotel

This hotel is older and definitely no frills. But it was clean, it had great TV choices and internet. I knew not to expect much since the website said the breakfast was "light". I wouldn't have a problem staying here again if needed.

Old hair in showers. Dirty outside. Refrigerator noisy, had to unplug. Rowdy guests arguing at 3 am. Never given WI-FI password so could not use internet. Overall would not use this hotel again. Breakfast poor quality.

Came out to visit a friend and needed a decent place to stay that wouldn’t break the bank. Staff was friendly, room was clean, would definitely stay here again. I didn’t use pool this trip, but I will next time I’m out for a visit.

Friendly professional staff clean rooms zero hassle. I did not use the pool but it looked clean. Towels curtains carpet everything was spotless. I would definitely stay here again. Even the price wasn't bad. Thumbs up

Horrible! A colony of roaches were in our room. We stayed only one night thank god! In the morning their were no coffee cups available. Very disappointed. I hope they get better in the future. Only bright spot was the person in the front desk, very friendly.

The good: Nice lady at evening check in, good location, room newly renovated. Fridge, microwave, TV with lots of channels. The bad: strong paint smell, especially the first day. No towels the first night, then washed but stained towels that smelled like smoke the next two days. Hair dryer loud, then crackled and smoked. Smokers smoking directly outside my door. The worst, cockroaches... worse yet, the rude lady at the front desk didn't believe me. She argued that it was impossible since the room was newly renovated. I even showed her a picture, which annoyed her even more. When I told her I was going to check out because of the roaches she simply said "check out is at 11". I had 7 minutes to grab my stuff, my child, and call for a ride. Maid service came to my door at exactly 11. So, if you choose to stay here, be prepared for roaches. Don't complain because staff won't believe you. Some people really like this place, and good for them. Hopefully they never have the experience that I just had. Note to management: please do not respond with surprise or regret over my comments as you have with other reviews. You have had several similar concerns brought to your attention and clearly the morning staff continue to be rude and show no customer service skills whatsoever. Denying that there is a roach problem even after being presented with a picture is completely unacceptable! I didn't even present it as a complaint, I simply let her know so they could address it. After the way she behaved I didn't bother mentioning the hair dryer, the stained towels or the smokers. There was clearly no point. This is so unfortunate for you, as your little hotel has so much potential.

Had cockroaches in our room. The door would not seal and the deadbolt lock wouldn't work. The loud music from the cars going by kept us up most of the night. The air conditioner filters were so clogged up that the room would not get cool. Had to wash the filters out in the tub to get the room cooled down.

There are many other options in the area. The rooms are clean enough, the beds are comfortable however, the owner/operators are the most rude and unfriendly people I’ve ever met. The female (owner) that helped us upon arrival was extremely rude. This is did change in the following days either, only got worse. I will say the part time lady was extremely nice and helpful, kudos to her for working for such obviously unhappy people. We generally stay at Wyndham properties due to their great rewards program, but this was definitely a disappointment! Think twice before you over pay to be treated ugly!!

For what we paid, it was fine I guess. Room clean, fairly quiet. Breakfast selection poor. But I guess that's what a continental breakfast is. Front desk person not friendly, not rude, just not the bubbly person with the southern hospitality we received everywhere else. Oh well, again for the price, it's fair.
